Badshah



Aditya Singh, better known by his stage name Badshah, is an Indian rapper. He has started his music career with Yo Yo Honey Singh with his first track Begaani Naar in 2006. His music has been featured in Bollywood soundtracks for films such as the in 2014 film Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania and Sonam Kapoor starrer Khoobsurat. He has also collaborated with artists like Gippy Grewal, Diljit Dosanjh, Manj Musik, Raxstar and Aastha Gill for different single tracks. His latest track "DJ Waley Babu" has received 5 million views within a month of it's release on Youtube. 
                         Badshah was born in a Punjabi family in Delhi and did his schooling from bal bharti public school Delhi where he was used to perform on his school choir. Prior to becoming a full-time musician he has a degree in civil engineer from PEC University of Engineering, Chandigarh during which he was exposed to Punjabi music. He has stated that if he had not became a rapper, he would "have been an IAS officer."







Personal Life

Badshah is married to wife Jasmine 3 years back. They presently live together in Chandigarh.

Career

Badshah started his music career in 2006 with Honey Singh. Some of his hit songs are Get Up Jawani, Saturday Saturday, Come 2 me, Kargi 12 tapgi 18, Proper Patola, Azadi, Terminator, Take Your Sandals Off, Gym, Don't Look At Me, Mummy, Fan, Chull, Bandook, Chaar Churiyan, Indeption, Desi Hip Hop, 2 Many Girls, Pinjara and DJ Waley Babu.Presently His songs which are famous at present are Yaar 17, Wakhara Swag and Vroom Vroom.

 Bollywood

The first song that Badshah sung in bollywood was Dhup Chik from the movie Fugly. He has also sung song for the movies like Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania, Khoobsurat, ABCD 2, Second Hand Husband, All is Well and Bajrangi Bhaijaan.
